From my first interaction till the final handover step, Pebble Grey has been extremely professional and transparent with everything. After the first call, a house visit was done within a week and they had a very clear idea of how to go ahead. This was very important because renovating a 40-year old house while keeping some of the old elements brought its own challenges. The design and engineering teams’ clarity help overcome this with ease.
They were prompt, very good at taking feedback and making necessary changes and improvements. The team also helped us immensely with choosing material and other accessories – the designer was kind enough to spend a weekend with us to pick a lot of things – tiles, fittings, etc.
Another not-often-mentioned aspect is conflict management. The team was excellent at negotiating with the residential association, sticking with regulations, and managing some unexpected snags.
They were transparent with costs, timelines, and quality of everything that went into the project. Each of the sub-teams that worked on the project were friendly and had technical expertise.
