Welcome to Pebble Grey Design Studio. By engaging with our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services
Pebble Grey provides interior design, renovation, and turnkey project execution services for residential properties. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be clearly outlined in a formal agreement or quotation shared with the client.
2. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as material unavailability, third-party dependencies, or on-site issues. We are committed to providing timely updates on any changes or delays.
3. Payments & Fees
- All project estimates will be shared in advance through a formal quotation or proposal.
- Payments will follow a milestone structure defined in the project agreement.
- Delayed payments may result in project hold or suspension of services.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
4. Design Ownership & Use
- All design concepts, floor plans, 3D renders, and moodboards remain the intellectual property of Pebble Grey unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Clients are not permitted to reproduce, share, or implement these designs without full payment and written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure seamless execution, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate site measurements and property access as needed.
- Review and approve designs, selections, and material samples on time.
- Communicate any changes or feedback within the mutually agreed review period.
6. Material Selection & Warranty
- All materials, finishes, and fittings used in the project will be approved by the client before procurement.
- Manufacturer warranties apply for appliances and third-party products used. Pebble Grey will assist in claims but is not responsible for defects or failures.
- On-site issues must be reported within 7 days of project handover to be eligible for resolution assistance.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Projects can be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice and mutual agreement.
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and must be settled accordingly.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once design work or procurement has commenced.
8. Third-Party Contractors
While we work with a curated network of professionals, certain services such as plumbing, electrical work, or structural modifications may involve third-party contractors. Pebble Grey is not liable for any issues arising from unauthorized interventions or alterations after certified work is completed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pebble Grey will not be held liable for:
- Delays resulting from force majeure, government regulations, or third-party delays.
- Pre-existing structural or property issues beyond our scope.
- Damages caused by unauthorized changes made post-handover.
10. Privacy Policy
Client information, design preferences, and floor plans are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely to deliver our services. We do not share, sell, or misuse personal data without explicit client consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
